These are all W-30 cars built 11/69 note the sticker placement and the inner shell.
below is a photo of a 1970 W-30 motor that had never been apart before. Just showing the motor loop is not painted blue. This should be good info for all that may have a question on what color is it.

Here is a photo of a 11/69 built LAN car
Here is the same month car same plant. Take a good look at the placemet of the blue sticker. Not only is it in the wrong place? The shell below the latch screw, is missing the lines around the sticker. The top photo shows the lines plane as day. I guess my point being that no two cars are the exact same, there is always something different.
Here is another case where the engine hook on the motor is black. I have seen this more then once on W-30 cars. This car is a complete original car. It has never been apart. I have lost points for this at car shows before. Everybody thinks it blue.
I am not saying I know everything. I don't, I do my homework. If you have a question That I can answer. I will, if I can't I will try to find it for you. matt@mission442.com
442 PARTS FOR SALE
We do have some stuff for sale, or I can help you find that rare NOS part. We do buy tons of parts for the cars we restore. It is getting harder to find the NOS stuff. So sometimes a good reproduction will do the job. With so many vendors around, who makes good parts. matt@mission442.com
